Prices and Product Availability

DukDuk provides price-related information and alerts, but does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, product availability, or the final seller price at checkout.

Purchase decisions are made by the user independently.

DukDuk is not affiliated with online stores or marketplaces unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service Changes and Restrictions

The Company may change DukDuk functionality and may limit or stop price checks for specific online stores at any time, without separate notice and without explanation.

The Company may suspend or restrict access to the service in case of violations of these Terms.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.
