When will the app be available in stores?
The app is currently in the publishing stage. App Store and Google Play links will be added right after release.
What account data is stored?
When signing in with Google or Apple, we store email, nickname (display name), and profile photo URL.
How long is data retained?
Account data is retained until user deletion. Inactive accounts are deleted within 12 months of inactivity. Technical logs are retained for up to 1 month, analytics data for up to 12 months, and support requests until the request is resolved.
How can I delete my account and data?
The primary method is deletion directly in the DukDuk app. If app access is unavailable, send a request to support@dukduk.kz from the same email used for registration. After ownership confirmation, deletion is completed within up to 14 calendar days.
Will all related data be deleted with my account?
Yes. All user data related to the account is deleted.
What type of purchases is DukDuk for?
It covers multiple segments: from everyday purchases (cosmetics, home goods, household products) to larger decisions like cars and real estate.
Can I customize signals?
Yes. The app allows you to adjust signal sensitivity so notifications match your shopping behavior.
Does DukDuk find products automatically?
No. You choose which products and objects to add for tracking.
Which stores are supported?
The app is focused on major online stores in Kazakhstan. The list of supported platforms will grow over time.

Does DukDuk guarantee the final seller price and product availability?
No. DukDuk helps track price dynamics, but does not guarantee the final checkout price or product availability at the seller.
Can DukDuk stop price checks for specific stores?
Yes. The service may limit or stop price checks for specific online stores.
