Account and Data Deletion

Primary method: account and related personal data deletion is performed directly in the DukDuk app.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request to support@dukduk.kz.

The request must be sent from the same email address used for DukDuk registration.

Deletion timeline

After account ownership confirmation, deletion is completed within up to 14 calendar days.

What is deleted

All data related to the user account is deleted.
